Barcelona: Growth‑driven Inside Partner Manager

Poste basé à Barcelone Mission du poste En tant que Senior Partner Manager pour le marché français, tu seras responsable du développement et de l'animation d'un écosystème de partenaires stratégiques. Responsabilités principales Identifier, qualifier et recruter de nouveaux partenaires à fort potentiel, en ligne avec la stratégie et le positionnement de la solution. Initier et développer la relation avec les partenaires : premier contact, découverte, compréhension de leurs besoins et définition dune proposition de valeur commune. Co-construire avec les équipes marketing, sales et produit des offres conjointes, campagnes cobrandées et modèles commerciaux gagnant. Structurer et faire croître le réseau de partenaires sur différents verticaux et zones géographiques, en pensant écosystème plutôt que relations. Définir les KPIs, mettre en place les tableaux de bord et piloter la performance des nouveaux partenariats ainsi que des alliances existantes. Mettre à disposition des partenaires les outils, contenus et formations nécessaires pour quils puissent représenter la solution avec impact sur le marché. Détecter des opportunités inexploitées au sein des partenariats existants et concevoir des actions pour multiplier leur contribution au business. Profil recherché Développeur de réseau dans lâme, doté dune forte capacité stratégique et dun réel talent pour transformer un premier contact à froid en partenariat à fort impact. 5 à 7 ans dexpérience dans la création ou la gestion de partenariats dans un environnement SaaS ou tech en forte croissance. Réputation de personne proactive, orientée résultats, avec une forte intelligence relationnelle et un excellent sens de la négociation. Français bilingue Envie de rejoindre une structure dynamique, en plein développement international, et de jouer un rôle clé dans son moteur de croissance.
