* > * Strategic Partnership Business Developer DACH market (Madrid/Barcelona)Hello Join the **Partners team**, one of the most strategic and fastest-scaling teams at Factorial (2.5x year-over-year growth).Become the go-to person for **top-tier strategic partners** in the DACH region.Build strong relationships that directly fuel Factorial’s growth across key markets.Work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where every conversation matters and every lead can turn into a key account.**The Role*** Create and execute strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation from our key partners.* Strategize, generate, and qualify high-quality leads from our partner ecosystem.* Engage with prospects via high-volume cold calling (60–80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.* Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team.* Develop your own approach to researching and analyzing prospects to support sales efforts.* Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, identify requirements, and assess potential solutions.* Confirm client needs, build initial client profiles, and help shape personalized solutions.* Collaborate closely with PAEs, Demand Gen, CX teams, and Partner Sales Management.**Your Profile*** Native-level **German** and fluent **English**.* Previous experience in Sales (Customer Success, Project Management, Partnerships, or similar roles are highly valued).* Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.* Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects and partner stakeholders.* Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow in a fast-scaling team.* Excited to actively contribute to constant improvement and evolution—we embrace a strong culture of change**Bonus Points*** Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, Notion, etc.* Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment.* Solid understanding of how to build and execute successful outbound campaigns.**Perks of being part of our team **1.
