If you have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and love helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for youPosition OverviewAs a French-Speaking Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our French-speaking clients and employees. You will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth operations for users. This is a hybrid role, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely part of the time, while also offering the opportunity for in-person collaboration at our Barcelona office.
