We thrive on working with cutting-edge technologies, and our Finance Team, in Barcelona, is on the lookout for a new team player to join us on this adventurous journey.The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the SEO/SEM Manager in executing strategies to enhance online presence, drive organic traffic, and manage paid advertising campaigns. This role involves assisting with SEO, SEM, CRM tasks, and coordinating marketing projects to ensure smooth execution and achieve business objectives.Job Duties And Responsibilities:Facilitate communication and follow-up tasks with the SEO agency to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Manage the process of article reviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and approvals.Assist in coordinating with the web development team to implement SEO recommendations and updates.Help in compiling SEO performance reports and track key metrics to identify areas of improvement.Assist in setting up SEM campaigns based on guidelines provided by the SEO/SEM Manager, and monitor campaign performance.Support in creating ad copy and conducting keyword research to optimize SEM efforts.Assist in analyzing SEM data and preparing reports to track ROI and other key performance indicators.Support SEM-related meetings with the sales team to gather valuable feedback and insights for campaign improvement.Assist in coordinating lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution across different channels.Support the review and management of lead flows in collaboration with the Business Operations and Sales teams.Join meetings with the SEO/SEM Manager to understand CRM strategies and provide assistance as needed.CRM Reporting: Help in tracking CRM performance and compiling reports to share insights with the team.Coordinate marketing campaigns/projects from inception to execution reporting to the head of marketing.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch various programs for our digital wallet and PSP business model.Report and analyze project performance to the Head of Marketing and C-level executives.Experience And Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the digital payments or e-commerce industry.Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices.Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Linked Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, HREFS and SEMRUSH.Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and lifecycle email marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.Knowledge and understanding of B2B2C business models.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What We Offer:Competitive salaryOpportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stageAdditional days of holidaysPrivate health insuranceAt least one day of home office per weekFree language classesIndividual development plansExcellent work environment and good collaborationFree coffee/tea, fruits, and snacks from the companyPossibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partnerQuarterly Team buildings
