Lead Digital Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and optimize paid search (SEM) and SEO campaigns in collaboration with our marketing agency, ensuring alignment with the Maison's brand strategy. Champion Customer Engagement: Develop and implement CRM strategies, including content calendars, to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional experiences. Shape the Future of Luxury E-Commerce: Contribute to business development through innovative projects and strategic action plans, constantly seeking new opportunities to enhance the online customer journey. Monitor and Report on Performance: Provide regular reports and forecasts on e-commerce KPIs, using data-driven insights to develop actionable plans for continuous improvement. Enhance User Experience: Develop client profiles and implement strategies to optimize the user experience across all digital platforms. Oversee Digital Operations: Monitor digital operations and logistics plans, ensuring seamless and efficient order fulfillment. High proficiency in both English and Spanish. French language skills are a strong advantage. Proven experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns, demonstrating a track record of success. Strong CRM experience and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proactive and Innovative: Possesses a self-starter mentality and a passion for identifying new trends and opportunities. Luxury Brand Enthusiast: Demonstrates a genuine appreciation for the luxury industry and an understanding of the Louis Vuitton brand. Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
