From crafting the strategy of advertising campaigns to analysing data and optimizing performance, this role will play a key part in the success of our online marketing strategy.We are looking for a person with experience in managing media channels and analytical skills. Someone passionate for digital marketing acquisition and performance driven.KEY TASKS:Define, manage, and coordinate the media acquisition strategy, along with our media agencies, across channels including Google Ads and Display, Microsoft Ads, Youtube, programmatic, Meta Ads, and Affiliation.Analyse campaign performance data and key metrics to continuously optimize strategies and improve results.Performance-driven, ensuring the acquisition goals and target CPOs are achieved.Generating detailed weekly performance reports around trends and KPIs and sharing them with our international teams.Coordinate our local teams by creating the most suitable strategies for each market (worldwide) and products while sharing learnings and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ecommerce.To foster innovation and test & learn approaches sourcing, evaluating, and testing new user acquisition channels to grow.EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent. Digital Master will be valued.Demonstrated 5 years experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within the ecommerce.Proven success managing large digital media budgets and hitting goals for spending, revenue and other KPIs.Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce environment that includes marketing strategies, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic DSP, Google Analytics and others.Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.Advanced skills with Excel, Powerpoint, and analytical tools.International experience is a plus.English and Spanish fluency is mandatory.SKILLS:Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, BI tools, and spreadsheets.Creative and problem-solving capabilities.Organized and good time management skills, including prioritizing, and scheduling.Ability to collaborate with other teams in the company in an international environment.Be proactive, passionate, optimistic, and self-motivated.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
