• Provide proactive HR advice to managers and employees across Spain and Portugal
• Manage employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, and workplace investigations
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations, and workforce projects
• Partner with managers to address people-related challenges and build leadership capability
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for consistent and fair decision-making
• Collaborate with regional HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on complex employee matters
• Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor legislative developments and assess impact to the business Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations role
• Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law; knowledge of Portuguese employment law is highly desirable
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a regional HR team
• Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese would be an advantage Requisitos principales •
