Overview We're hiring Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver hands-on support for on-site and remote issues.Responsibilities Respond to IT related requests and incident calls in Service NowCorrectly create Tech Hub visit tickets, track incidents and IMAC tickets in a timely and accurate manner in Service NowPC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software TroubleshootingPortable devices - iPhone, iPad, Windows TabletDiagnose printer hardware and software, and other peripheral device failures and implement solutionsDiagnose and resolve Microsoft operating system issues and errors (from Windows XP up to Windows 10/11)Good knowledge of networking essentials and troubleshootingGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (up to Office 365)Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers managementProvide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and softwareSome hardware support experience (e.g., installing memory/disk drives)Support the call center with "on the fly" information relating to open casesAbility to train, understand and comply with customer safety standards and requirementsQualifications Personal Qualities Candidates need to be highly flexible as some cover at alternative sites may be required (driving license and access to a vehicle is essential)Candidates need to be adaptable, efficient, and able to work independentlyAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical audiencesStrong sense of customer serviceExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to work proactively to resolve potential problemsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions and investigate resolutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitaskTeam focusedPunctual, both to work daily and to scheduled customer appointmentsIdeal Qualifications Although not required, the below would prove useful to the right candidateCompTIA A+CompTIA Network+What’s next It’s best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn’t want you to miss this opportunity.
