Coordinación y motivación del equipo, responsabilidad de reporte y comunicación con la dirección.Responsabilidad del proceso comercial completo en su zona ante clientes finales para la contratación de plantas fotovoltaicas en empresas.Generación de cartera de proyectos directos: Responsabilidad del proceso comercial completo ante clientes finales.Análisis y filtrado de oportunidades generadas por el equipo de comerciales. Orientación y focalización en los modelos de negocio y productos estratégicos de la empresa.Planificación de estrategia comercial y de desarrollo con su equipo en la zona de responsabilidad.Gestión administrativa de necesidades y condiciones del equipo de comerciales B2B a su cargo.Identificación y gestión de relaciones estratégicas en su zona con Partners, clientes, colaboradores, administración.Identificar nuevos nichos de mercado y líneas de negocio. Gestionar propuestas de nuevos modelos de negocio del equipo comercial.Actualización y formación en tecnologías relacionadas con autoconsumo fotovoltaico, normativa aplicable, fórmulas de mercado y análisis de competencia.Requisitos/Perfil del candidatoFormación en Energías Renovables.Conocimiento en ventas.Experiencia mínima de 7 años en puestos comerciales.Capacidad de autogestión.Habilidades sociales.Autonomía.Capacidad de organización y planificación.Trabajo en equipo.Conocimientos informáticos.
