About Our ClientLeading international healthcare company.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the Iberian market.Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian region. Full P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysisDefine pricing strategy and oversee contract managementLead initiatives to strengthen market positioning in IberiaManage key accounts and support business development with existing clientsCoach and lead the Iberian commercial teamCollaborate with European headquarters and cross-functional teamsWork primarily from the Madrid office, with regular field visitsThe Successful ApplicantProven experience as a commercial leader with full P&L responsibilityMinimum 5 years in sales and people management within a healthcare or related settingStrong leadership and team development skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approachDeep understanding of the Iberian healthcare marketExperience in Hospital ProductsStrategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a changing environmentFluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plusMust be based in the Madrid regionWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunities for career growth within a global leader in the Life Science sector.A collaborative and innovative company culture.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the Iberian market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
