You will lead and grow our Spanish and Portuguese business. This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and is central to ZURU’s ambition of scaling our presence across Southern Europe. You will work hand-in-hand with top retailers, oversee commercial execution, and ensure the Iberian business is tightly connected to ZURU’s wider European strategy.

1) Lead ZURU’s Iberian business with responsibility for sales, commercial planning, and P&L delivery.

2) Deepen retailer partnerships and build strong joint business plans with leading players in Spain and Portugal.

3) Expand market presence by unlocking new listings, channels, and opportunities for our growing portfolio.

4) Translate global brand plans into local wins, ensuring execution is best-in-class both online and in-store.

5) Act as ZURU’s senior representative in-market, ideally Madrid-based, embedded with your team and close to retail partners.

**Position Impact**

1) Deliver annual revenue and margin targets, ensuring Iberia continues on its growth trajectory.

2) Build and execute strategic account plans across key retailers, driving share gains in core categories.

3) Strengthen commercial processes — forecasting, pricing, promotions, and profitability management.

4) Champion brand launches across Iberia, ensuring campaigns land with maximum visibility and impact.

5) Represent the Iberian business at ZURU’s EU summits and global trade fairs, contributing to the broader European strategy.

6) Lead and develop the Iberian sales team, building a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **P&L**: Full ownership of the Iberian P&L and commercial strategy.
- ** Retailer engagement**: Lead top-to-top meetings, negotiate annual terms, and manage joint business planning.
- ** Category development**: Leverage data and insights to drive merchandising, shelf presence, and online excellence.
- ** Team leadership**: Recruit, coach, and inspire local team members to deliver ambitious growth goals.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Partner with ZURU’s European leadership, China merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- ** Market expansion**:Identify and open new retail, e-commerce, and distribution opportunities across Iberia.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years’ experience in sales or commercial leadership, ideally within toys, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of delivering P&L growth and scaling businesses in competitive retail markets.
- Strong network and credibility with major Iberian retailers.
- Exceptional negotiation, commercial acumen, and financial literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive alignment across markets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
- Madrid-based (preferred) or willingness to relocate.
