¿Te motiva liderar la siguiente gran revolución digital en un entorno empresarial de alto impacto?Buscamos un/a profesional visionario/a y con sólido background internacional para pilotar la evolución de la principal plataforma omnicanal de una gran corporación líder en España y Europa.Será responsable de liderar el desarrollo, la estrategia y la innovación continua de la app principal de la compañía, integrando todos los puntos de contacto físicos y digitales en una experiencia omnicanal de referencia.Responsibilities- Definir y ejecutar la visión estratégica y el roadmap evolutivo de la app omnicanal.- Impulsar proyectos de innovación y “game changers” que consoliden la plataforma como referente en experiencia cliente y negocio.- Coordinar de forma transversal equipos de producto, UX/UI, marketing, IT y partners externos.- Supervisar la experiencia y el diseño de usuario (customer journey, UX, UI) en todos los canales.- Gestionar el presupuesto asignado, optimizando recursos y negociando con proveedores tecnológicos.- Medir KPIs, analítica de usuario y resultados, proponiendo mejoras continuas.- Actuar como referente, inspirando a equipos y stakeholders hacia la máxima excelencia operativa.La persona seleccionada será responsable de definir la estrategia y la hoja de ruta para la experiencia digital conectada, creando sinergias entre el universo físico y mobile, y colaborando mano a mano con áreas de marketing, tecnología y negocio.Trabajara con equipos multidisciplinares y expertos del mayor nivel, disfrutando de independencia para idear e implementar proyectos de innovación real sobre una base de millones de usuarios, datos y recursos tecnológicos de primer orden.Position requirements- Experiencia directiva liderando apps omnicanales en sectores innovadores (retail, foodservice, moda, movilidad, lifestyle, utilities,…).- Trayectoria internacional y multidisciplinar en transformación digital, UX/UI y liderazgo transversal.- Formación universitaria, preferible máster en Marketing, Tecnología, Digital Business, Diseño o similar.- Dominio avanzado en metodologías y herramientas de diseño centrado en usuario (Figma, Sketch), analítica digital y gestión de roadmap/budget.- Español nivel nativo, Inglés avanzado imprescindible; otros idiomas valorables.- Capacidad para lanzar e implementar “game changers” en el primer año y gestionar proyectos con alta complejidad y autonomía.- Habilidades de motivación, influencia y gestión de equipos sénior.- Sensibilidad estratégica y operativa para ambientes matriciales y retos de alta demanda.
