Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital agenda for the company, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and sales, to define digital initiatives and prioritize projects based on business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital projects, maintaining a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Act as the key point of contact for all internal stakeholders involved in digital initiatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of digital campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and communication, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance digital operations.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a digital leadership role, preferably as a Head of Digital or similar position.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
