Swedish Customer Support Representative Barcelona, Spain Position : Customer Support RepresentativeLocation : Barcelona, Spain (On-site)Employment Type : Full-time Join our vibrant and supportive team in Barcelona As a Customer Support Representative , you'll be the go-to person for helping customers resolve issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a smooth experience for all. Key Responsibilities :Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering quick and efficient resolutionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accuratelyEscalate any complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality serviceRecord interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA)Collaborate with your team on special projects when neededProvide coverage for team members during absences and work with different teams when requiredTake ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary Requirements :Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)1+ year of customer service experienceAutomotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plusStrong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configurationExcellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively What We Offer :Competitive salary based on experience, with salary increase after the 7th monthWork-life balance : Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM schedule23 days of paid annual leave A dynamic, creative, and friendly team environmentGuidance and tools to help you reach your full potential Ready to make an impact?
