We are looking for a Full Time Property Manager at our city central property. Central Lofts is in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, made up of 18 apartments within a historical building. As our Property Manager, you will ensure the outstanding quality and delivery of service across the property.

Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Supervision: Responsible for supervising maintenance and housekeeping staff and ensuring each department is operating effectively. This includes reviewing work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and managing any issues that may arise.
  2. Customer Service: Handle guest complaints or concerns, ensuring they feel comfortable during their stay.
  3. Compliance with Rules and Laws: Ensure that the apartments comply with all safety, cleaning, and maintenance measures of the facilities.
  4. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Supervise the housekeeping and maintenance team ensuring that the rooms and facilities are clean and ready to be occupied, as well as the common areas. Responsible for the inventories of the apartment kitchens (must be carried out daily).
  5. Administration: Conduct job interviews for new members, deal with suppliers, and take care of staff training. Make necessary purchases in person for the establishment. Carry out and supervise inventories and reports of personnel and their hours worked on a monthly basis.
  6. Meetings: Every two weeks, meet with the property owner to review all issues that have arisen and make decisions on how to solve them.
  7. Operations: Ensure the company telephone is operational 24 hours a day and be within a 20-minute radius of the apartments 5 days a week. Manage the check-in of each client remotely or in person and solve any problems that may occur during their stay. Part of the job hours can be done remotely, but it does imply availability 24 hours a day to solve problems.
