Empresas: Eduka-te Solutions Tareas operativas: * Gestión de reservas y front office (check-in, check-out, facturación, gestión de cobros) * Coordinación con equipo de limpieza y empresas externas * Resolución de incidencias * Seguimiento de la puntuación * Ventas adicionales: Experiencias, servicios * Gestión de OTAS: Booking, airbnb ect... * Manejo de channel manager y PMS otras herramientas marketing y digitales Tareas comerciales: * captación de viviendas * captación de clientes * búsqueda de nuevas OTAS * búsqueda de proveedores (limpiezas, ocio, empresas técnicas) * seguimiento de previsionales y presupuestos * seguimiento de indicadores mensuales (puntuación, reservas, ADR) * desarrollo de negocio Tareas administrativas: * seguimiento de liquidaciones a propietarios * seguimiento de gastos * planning de equipo Requisitos : *Buscamosuna persona organizada y proactiva y sobre todo adaptable ante posibles cambios que puedan darse respecto a las tareas a desarrollar, así como agenda.
* Residencia en TF o dispuest@ a residir allí * Conocimiento del mercado de la isla * idiomas: español, inglés (siendo el idioma prioritario, debería de tener un alto conocimiento) y francés * organización * carné de conducir * contacto cliente y don de gentes * coordinación de equipo * facilidad con herramientas tipo CRM/PMS/OFFICE
