The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly in the Southern Europe Region. Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory; Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders; Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM; Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights. Proficiency in both English and Spanish; Demonstrated experience in B2B business development; Flexible compensation program for up to 20% of your annual base salary that includes Private Health Insurance for employees and direct family, Meal vouchers, Transportation card, Kindergarten, Tuition & Reimbursement programs; Flexible working / Time Reporting; Working from Home allowance; RECARES days, giving you 2 days per annum to support the charities and causes that matter to you.; Access to employee resource groups with dedicated time to volunteer.; Access to extensive learning and development resources including subsidised English language training.;
