To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to Lead a high-performance global marketing team and help us grow in the fast-paced advertising environment. What You'll Do:  Branding & Positioning: Develop and implement Entravision`s digital units branding and positioning strategy in alignment with global Corporate standards and the Media Group. Sales Marketing: Help the sales teams so they can have strong sales materials, performance, and customer care. Insights: Provide market insights that can lead to more competitive product services. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead and develop a strong marketing team. Creating synergies with the Corporate and Media Group teams. Database. Work with the sales operating team and BU heads to build a segmented database of clients and prospects for direct-communication strategies. Quality Standards: Implement and supervise the accurate use of our brand identity within all digital business units and Corporate alignment. Reporting & Budgeting: Design area KPIs dashboard and weekly/monthly monitoring systems. Monthly detail reporting through MBR presentation format.
