Desde la división de Sales & Marketing en WeHunt estamos buscando un Sales & Marketing Manager Iberia para una compañía premium del sector Skincare / Belleza. Reportando directamente al CEO, esta persona sera la responsable tanto de la estrategia, como la ejecución comercial y la dirección de Marketing. Funciones principales del puesto: Liderar la expansión del negocio en Iberia, tanto en canales offline como online. Desarrollar y abrir nuevas cuentas estratégicas. Supervisar y gestionar directamente distribuidores, grandes cuentas y clientes clave. Negociar acuerdos comerciales, planes de ventas y acciones de trade marketing anuales por cliente Elaborar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento del Plan de Ventas. Analizar márgenes, coeficientes de distribuidores, P&L, márgenes brutos Asegurar la consecución de los objetivos comerciales cualitativos y cuantitativos. Dirigir y supervisar el área de Marketing y Comunicación Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Marketing, garantizando la correcta ejecución de la estrategía. Definir e implementar los planes de marketing ON & OFF, alineados con los objetivos comerciales. Asegurar la coherencia del mensaje de marca en todos los puntos de contacto. Gestionar y optimizar el presupuesto de Marketing. Analizar de forma continua el mercado y la competencia, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora de cuota de mercado Requisitos de los candidato Experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas comerciales, Dirección Comercial o Dirección de Ventas y Marketing. Trayectoria demostrable en empresas de Skincare / Belleza Experiencia sólida en ventas en Iberia en diferentes canales. Alto conocimiento de canales digitales y plataformas de venta online. Nivel de inglés profesionalimprescindible.
