What you'll do: Act as the primary interface between internal IT teams and external network infrastructure service providers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Translate technical requirements from various business units into actionable IT architecture concepts, coordinating their operational implementation with external partners for LAN/WLAN (Cisco), DNS/DHCP, Firewall (Fortigate)/DMZ, SD-WAN (Aruba), and Internet services. Orchestrate all required network services with providers, maintaining high standards of reliability, performance, and security across the organisation’s infrastructure. Define and enforce comprehensive standards for network design, routing, segmentation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance globally. Implement, operate, and continuously improve test and development networks while guaranteeing the functionality and security of firewalls. Provide secure connectivity solutions between company locations and hosted applications by managing robust network access controls. Manage and monitor external IT service providers according to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and monthly reports; maintain strong relationships through regular service review meetings. Support budget planning processes and cost control measures for assigned IT services within the network domain. Collaborate closely with local and international IT teams as well as business units to drive harmonisation and standardisation efforts worldwide. Certification at CCNP level or similar validates your commitment to excellence in networking practices.
