RESPONSABILIDADES Supervisar el rendimiento y calidad del soporte externo, asegurando cumplimiento de SLAs , KPis ,CSAT y NPS. Resolver incidencias críticas como soporte nivel 2. Actualizar y documentar procedimientos y manuales operativos. Gestionar y optimizar procesos ITSM: incidentes, solicitudes, problemas, cambios y conocimiento. Coordinar y supervisar proveedores para asegurar correcta ejecución y calidad. Monitorizar sistemas, nube, redes y comunicaciones garantizando disponibilidad y seguridad. Colaborar en la mejora continua de entornos tecnológicos locales y cloud. Gestionar y priorizar solicitudes TI, alineándolas con la estrategia y capacidad operativa. Coordinar con PMO y desarrollo la ejecución de iniciativas derivadas de la demanda REQUISITOS Grado o Ingeniería Técnica/Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Valorable formación complementaria en gestión de servicios IT (ITIL v4, ISO 20000). Deseable certificación en gestión de proyectos (Scrum Master, PMP o equivalente). Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas ITSM (por ejemplo: Jira Service Management, FreshService o similares). Nivel alto de inglés (C1), tanto hablado como escrito, para la comunicación con proveedores y equipos internacionales. Mínimo 4-6 años de experiencia en roles de Service Delivery, IT Operations o Service Management, preferiblemente en entornos multisede o internacionales. Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de proveedores tecnológicos, incluyendo seguimiento de contratos, control de calidad y coordinación operativa. Familiaridad con modelos de soporte outsourced y gestión de SLAs/KPIs
