Gestión de la entrega de servicios (Service Delivery) Supervisar el rendimiento y calidad del equipo de soporte (proveedor externo), asegurando el cumplimiento de SLAs, KPIs de calidad, CSAT y NPS. Atender y resolver incidencias de forma ocasional, actuando como nivel 2 de soporte en casos críticos o complejos. Documentar y mantener actualizados procedimientos operativos, guías y manuales. Gobernar y optimizar procesos ITSM: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management y CMDB. Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de los trabajos realizados por los proveedores de servicios e infraestructura, garantizando su correcta ejecución, cumplimiento de plazos y alineación con los estándares de calidad y seguridad de GO fit. Seguimiento de KPIS de todos los proveedores. Supervisar la monitorización de los sistemas, servicios en la nube (Microsoft Azure), redes y comunicaciones, asegurando su disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad. Colaborar con los equipos técnicos para la mejora continua del entorno Microsoft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Manager, etc.) y de las infraestructuras locales y cloud. Gestión de la demanda Recoger, priorizar y canalizar las solicitudes y necesidades de TI procedentes de las distintas áreas de negocio. Evaluar el impacto, alineándolas con la estrategia tecnológica y la capacidad operativa. Coordinar con PMO y equipos de desarrollo la planificación y ejecución de iniciativas derivadas de la demanda. ¿Qué buscamos? Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas ITSM (por ejemplo: Jira Service Management, FreshService o similares). Nivel alto de inglés (C1), tanto hablado como escrito, para la comunicación con proveedores y equipos internacionales. Mínimo 4-6 años de experiencia en roles de Service Delivery, IT Operations o Service Management, preferiblemente en entornos multisede o internacionales. Deseable certificación en gestión de proyectos (Scrum Master, PMP o equivalente). Valorable formación complementaria en gestión de servicios IT (ITIL v4, ISO 20000). ¿Qué ofrecen? Contrato indefinido Modelo híbrido: 2 teletrabajo y 3 presencial Salario: de 35.000 a 45.000 B/A en función de la experiencia.
