Role overviewWe're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist to provide the best customer experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team, working hand in hand with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers. As a Service Delivery Specialist you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.Your Challenge Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure all product/technical, quality, and business targets are met Carry out daily project-related activitie,s including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business. Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, while regularly sharing lessons learned. Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.Must-haves Bachelor's or Master’s degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field Knowledge in Project Management Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel Be comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira) Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box Customer-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. Very fluent in EnglishNice-to-have Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc) Master's degree related to renewable energy.
