You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team, working hand in hand with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure all product/technical, quality and business targets are met.Carry out daily project-related activities including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business.Achieve project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.Identify, analyze, and address project risks and business outcomes, while regularly sharing lessons learned.Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management.Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree (B. Knowledge in Project Management). Master’s degree related to renewable energy.Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Comfortable using the Atlassian Suite of applications (Confluence, Jira).Very fluent in English.
