Since 2016, EZVIZ has established a strong presence in the European market and is committed to increasing its market share in countries including France, Benelux, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, and Spain. Its European headquarters is located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, supported by dedicated sales, marketing, technical support, and logistics teams. EZVIZ is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with the line manager, sales team, and headquarters' brand team to develop marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for new products, enhancing the brand's visibility, influence, and market share in the local market. Manage marketing budgets by allocating funds across various projects such as MDF, online marketing, and offline marketing, ensuring optimal use of resources to boost business growth. Maintain relationships with local top media and KOLs to increase brand awareness and reputation. Oversee online marketing activities including social media management, advertising, website optimization, localization of GTM materials, email marketing, and other digital projects with the marketing manager. Translate and proofread marketing assets and files. Coordinate offline marketing efforts with channel partners, including the distribution of materials, organizing exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and other offline activities. Lead the planning and execution of these events to build offline brand presence and improve brand display standards. Gather and analyze industry, competitor, and user profile data, and produce regular analysis reports. Job Requirements: Based in Tres Cantos, Madrid; fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese language skills are a plus, especially experience with Chinese brands in Spain. Over 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in integrated marketing within consumer electronics brands, including areas such as e-commerce, KOL marketing, PR, social media, digital advertising, exhibitions, and website management. Strong cost control awareness, excellent project coordination skills, and team responsibility. Proactive work attitude, quick thinking, fast learner, and strong execution skills.
