And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeoplePeople‑drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full‑time position in Madrid - IE Tower .Your role as a Marketing Specialist will involveParticipate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to Law, International Affairs, and Public Policy, with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end‑to‑end coordination with an external creative agency.Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for IE University's audience.Strong focus on tracking and reporting campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future cross‑marketing campaigns.Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.Create, implement, and coordinate organic content across marketing channels.Support discussions and activities to ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the entire journey.Coordinate and implement paid media campaigns together with the corresponding digital teams.Partner closely with product marketing teams, regional teams, academic teams, and business development teams to plan multi‑channel campaigns and ensure the execution of all communications.To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualificationsBachelor's degree from a top university with a focus on Business, Law, International Relations or related fields.A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing, consulting, advertising, and/or communications experience, ideally in a company or law firm with an international scope.Experience in Law, International Affairs, or Consulting.Must be eligible to work in Spain.Fluent in Spanish and English.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree from a top university with a focus on Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or related fields.Experience successfully collaborating with cross‑functional teams.Ability to work independently and efficiently with strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Persuasive communicator and presenter.Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
