We are hiring a Marketing Specialist with strong Trade Marketing skillsAre you passionate about marketing and love the world of toys? Join our team We are a growing toy manufacturer in Spain, creating innovative products that bring joy to kids and adults alike.The Role: We are looking for a marketing professional with a 360º vision of marketing and solid experience in trade marketing. You will be a key player in implementing our commercial and brand strategies across retail and distribution channels in the Spanish market.Responsibilities: - Develop and implement trade marketing plans to boost product visibility and sell-out at retail.- Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, and point-of-sale activations (POP materials, displays, promotions, etc.).- Collaborate closely with the sales team to localize global strategies.- Analyze performance of trade actions and propose optimizations.- Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.- Manage the assigned marketing budget.- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners. Será una figura clave en la implementación de nuestras estrategias comerciales y de marca en el punto de venta y canales de distribución.Responsabilidades: - Desarrollar e implementar planes de trade marketing para potenciar la visibilidad y rotación de nuestros productos en tienda.- Coordinar campañas promocionales, lanzamientos y acciones en el punto de venta (material POP, displays, promociones, etc.).- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para adaptar las estrategias globales al mercado español.- Analizar el rendimiento de las acciones en canal y proponer mejoras.- Apoyar en la ejecución de campañas de marketing online y offline.- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing asignado.- Relación directa con distribuidores, retailers y plataformas e-commerce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
