Marketing Specialist (FIXED TERM - 6 MONTHS) – AWWG MadridFounded in 1998 under the name of Pepe Jeans Group, our global fashion group integrates iconic brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Faconnable. Project As a Marketing Specialist for our Licenses and Partnerships, you will align marketing calendars across 11 licences with Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Faconnable GTM strategies, ensuring full integration with brand priorities and strategic intent. Lead orchestration of marketing initiatives across all licence partners, managing planning, production, and on‑time delivery of campaigns. Serve as primary specialist interface between licence partners and internal marketing teams, coordinating campaigns, product imagery needs, PR initiatives, social activations, and cross‑functional marketing efforts. Uphold strategic and visual coherence, ensuring all licence activities are fully aligned with AWWG's overarching marketing strategy, brand direction, and category priorities. Manage full campaign lifecycles, including rights management, partner requirements, layouts, budgets, and invoicing. Maximize effectiveness of marketing investments, guiding licence partners to deploy budgets toward initiatives that drive sell‑out, elevate visibility, and reinforce brand positioning. Safeguard elevated brand representation across trade shows, POS materials, e‑commerce, DTC channels, newsletters, and social media. Oversee packaging and labelling approvals, coordinating with partners and graphic team to ensure full compliance with AWWG brand guidelines. Monitor partner performance against forecasts and business plans, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Prepare and lead quarterly Marketing & Business Reviews, delivering strategic insights, performance analysis, and recommendations. Corporate remote work policy and flexible working hours.
