TPI, is also committed to bring the same excellence in field services, based in our experience with composite materials, wind blades and a close and personalizedcostumer service.In addition to regular Field Service Technician tasks, leads teams of 3-5 Field Service Technicians on small projects or partial scopes of larger projects. Takes ownership of key safety, quality, and efficiency results for their assigned scope and crew. Facilitates communication and logistics for all issues related to their assigned scope and crew.Responsibilities Ensure safety & quality standards and processes are maintainedDelivering daily operational performance to meet requirements of forecast and planning, with focus on cost and efficiencyDelivery to commitments on turbine performanceContinually implementing change management in line with operations developmentDeveloping the skills and competencies necessary within your teams to meet operations goalsResponsibility for recruitment and leadership of local service technicians and hub support rolesTeam building, motivation, employee satisfaction & development etc.Ensure the flow of materials, consumption and minimum stock levels in assigned projects.Provide remote and in-person support and troubleshoot in the projects that may require it.Qualifications Valid GWO BST.
