The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for assessing business opportunities across several European countries with a special focus on Spain and Portugal. This role involves contributing new ideas to increase the competitiveness of GE Vernovas ONW product coordinating with various departments and leading the commercial strategy for key accounts. Business Opportunity Assessment: Generate and assess commercial opportunities within the assigned geographic area. Maximize customer value and sales through high‑added‑value solutions within an appropriate level of risk. Cross‑Country Support: Support GE Vernova Wind Onshore business in other countries as required leveraging knowledge and relationships. Customer Relationship Management: Manage all commercial aspects of customer relationships including leading relationships with designated key accounts in other geographical areas. Solution Development: Take new perspectives on existing solutions and use technical experience for data analysis to support recommendations. Identify new partners to increase the competitiveness of GE Vernova’s products and services. Budget and Compliance: Prepare budgets for wind onshore projects and evaluate GE Vernova’s competitive position. Assess opportunities and ensure compliance with internal approval and assessment processes. Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the renewable energy industry. Contribute towards strategy and policy development and ensure business metric delivery within the area of responsibility.
