Partnerships & Business Development InternBarcelona (Mandatory)About ExtraordinaryExtraordinary is a platform for professionals that helps you discover where to go and who to meet through curated, real-life experiences.Think of it as a “ClassPass for networking”, members use a credit-based system to access dinners, events, workshops, and experiences hosted by trusted partners across the city.Our focus is on quality, relevance, and meaningful connections beyond work.The RoleWe’re looking for a  Partnerships & Business Development Intern to help us grow and manage our ecosystem of partners including communities, universities, coworkings, wellness studios, and cultural venues.You’ll work  directly with the founders in a role that combines relationships, growth, and execution.What You’ll DoIdentify and reach out to aligned partnersPresent Extraordinary and propose collaboration ideasBuild and maintain relationships with active partnersMake sure partner-hosted events are happening smoothlyFollow up with partners before and after eventsSupport and participate in the sales process together with the foundersShare insights and feedback to improve partnerships and processesRequirementsLiving in Barcelona. MANDATORYAt least  1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnershipsCurrently studying and be able to sign a CONVENIO DE PRACTICAS with your universityExtroverted, proactive, and confident communicating with new peopleStrong relationship-building skillsFluent in English and SpanishInterest in startups, platforms, events, and networkingWork Setup & BenefitsHybrid role2 days/week in-office (Barcelona)3 days remote25-30 hours per week. FlexibleWork closely with founders in an early-stage startup
