Our focus is on quality, relevance, and meaningful connections beyond work. The Role We’re looking for a  Partnerships & Business Development Intern to help us grow and manage our ecosystem of partners including communities, universities, coworkings, wellness studios, and cultural venues. You’ll work  directly with the founders in a role that combines relationships, growth, and execution. What You’ll Do Identify and reach out to aligned partners Present Extraordinary and propose collaboration ideas Build and maintain relationships with active partners Make sure partner-hosted events are happening smoothly Follow up with partners before and after events Support and participate in the sales process together with the founders Share insights and feedback to improve partnerships and processes Requirements Living in Barcelona. xsgfvud MANDATORY At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships Currently studying and be able to sign a CONVENIO DE PRACTICAS with your university Extroverted, proactive, and confident communicating with new people Strong relationship-building skills Fluent in English and Spanish Interest in startups, platforms, events, and networking Work Setup & Benefits Hybrid role 2 days/week in-office (Barcelona) 3 days remote 25-30 hours per week.
