As a Senior Sales Manager at Trustfull based either in Madrid or Barcelona (Spain), you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services Manage the sales process internally and externally – engaging the appropriate resource to help drive sales results Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales ~ Experience in managing and executing complex sales cycles -$250K+ contract value ~ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth ~ Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales ~ Experience using Hubspot as CRM software ~ Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Private Health Insurance Hybrid work solution (home/office) Training & Development Our suite of AI agents analyzes hundreds of digital signals from users’ phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, and web domains to assess user risk in real time and strengthen KYC, KYB, and AML workflows.
