PURPOSE This role is part of the SITA Global Services (SGS) Communications team. Reporting to the Head of SGS Communications, you will plan, develop, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness of SITA’s and SGS’s strategy, promote change adoption, engage more than 1,700 employees, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted service partner to the air transport industry. In this strategic position, you will design innovative and impactful multi‑channel campaigns and own them from concept to execution. Collaboration is critical: you will work closely with portfolio teams, colleagues across geographies, central functions, and other marketing and communications teams to ensure campaigns resonate globally while meeting specific, measurable goals. Key Responsibilities Create compelling messaging and content for internal and external audiences, including videos Weave SITA and SGS narratives into campaigns that connect with employees and stakeholders across diverse channels Align content with internal strategies to enhance understanding and commitment to our goals Coordinate various projects and manage stakeholders Support leadership communications and global PR initiatives Track campaign performance through dashboards, surveys, focus groups, and panels Ensure communications follow brand guidelines and maintain visibility and relevance Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism (or a related field), or significant experience in a relevant role, supported by certifications 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, PR/Journalism, product marketing, or agency work (English required) Experience in a complex, multicultural, international, fast‑paced environment Experience in air transport or related industries is a plus Knowledge & Skills Understanding of multi‑channel communication strategies, including social media, intranet, and digital campaigns Knowledge of approaches to support organizational change and employee adoption of new initiatives Content creation (writing, storytelling, video production) Proficiency in content creation software (Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and InDesign) Campaign planning and execution Project management across matrix organizations and virtual teams Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to assess campaign impact Professional Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication Stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and geographies Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Creative, innovative, and data‑driven mindset Strategic problem‑solving capability What We Offer Flex Week: Work from home up to 2 days /week (depending on your team's needs) Flex Day: Make your workday suit your life and plans.
