PURPOSE This role supports the Technology & Engineering Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications. You will plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that amplify T&Es strategy, strengthen brand presence, and engage both internal and external audiences. As a Marketing Generalist, you will execute campaigns across multiple channels and formats, working closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure communications are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact at a global level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events. Develop high-impact content strategies and narratives for internal and external audiences, including thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms. Advise and support internal communications strategies to strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and culture. Oversee marketing planning and delivery, managing calendars, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and optimization opportunities. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks. Qualifications EXPERIENCE Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience supported by relevant certifications. 5-7 years experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, product marketing, PR/journalism, or agency roles (English required). Experience working in complex, fast-paced, multicultural environments. Strong preference for experience in technology, SaaS, engineering, or B2B technical industries. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects end-to-end. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and digital channels. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
