PURPOSE
This role supports the Technology & Engineering Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications. You will plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that amplify T&E's strategy, strengthen brand presence, and engage both internal and external audiences.
As a Marketing Generalist, you will execute campaigns across multiple channels and formats, working closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure communications are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
- Develop high-impact content strategies and narratives for internal and external audiences, including thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
- Advise and support internal communications strategies to strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and culture.
- Oversee marketing planning and delivery, managing calendars, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and optimization opportunities.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field — or equivalent professional experience supported by relevant certifications.
- 5-7 years' experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, product marketing, PR/journalism, or agency roles (English required).
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Strong preference for experience in technology, SaaS, engineering, or B2B technical industries.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects end-to-end.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and digital channels.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
