FableticsOS is currently looking for a passionate and experienced HR/People Team Generalist to join our EU PeopleTeam, based in Barcelona, Spain. The HR/People Team Generalist supports employees and managers across our Barcelona, Berlin, and London offices by delivering day-to-day people operations, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. This role manages core People Operations processes, supports culture and engagement activities, and partners with the Head of People, EU, and global teams to maintain consistent and effective People practices across the region. Coordinate monthly payroll for Spain, the UK, and Germany with external providers. Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS; Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and support UK/Germany compliance through local partners. Support reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis for leadership decision-making. Provide guidance on policies, performance processes, and general employee relations. Support early-stage issue resolution and escalate more complex matters as needed. Support learning, development, engagement, and performance programs across the region. Execute local compliance-related activities and other country-specific requirements. 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, or People/HR Administration roles. Strong understanding of Spanish labor legislation; familiarity with UK and German practices is a plus, but training will be provided. Proficiency in HR administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems (Workday a plus). Fluency in English and Spanish; German a plus.
