Unlocking the full potential of life.Job Purpose *The Marketing Manager Recordati Rare Disease (RRD) will be in charge of: Strategic and tactical management of Brand Plan Adaptation of Global strategy to local market requirements Working with Sales to support team objectives achievement Key Responsibilities Developing and managing the marketing Brand Plan, developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve objectives. Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights. Developing tools and marketing materials aligned with company and product strategic objectives and needs. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and marketing materials or programs and suggesting improvements. To liase with Global team and adapt their campaigns to Iberian requirements. To represent RRD in industry groups, in absence of Franchise Head and or General Manager. Congress organisation and management. To update on new scientific publications – congresse.s Initiate, manage and monitor local market research and local/regional data- acquisition requirements. Required Education Academic level preferred in Science Required Skills And Experience 5 -10 years work experience in Marketing and Sales of pharmaceutical industry Sales Experience International work experiences an asset. Sales attitude and mindset, to be able to support the sales team and ability to build up strong customer relations. Flexibility and adaptability to work in RRD organisation as well as cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work in matrix as well hierarchical structures. Good presentation and management skills. Ability to understand complex med.-scientific content and ability to communicate. Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking. Action and task orientation. Skilled in time management and able to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Positive thinking and enthusiasm. Required Languages Good English Skills to present, discuss and convince.
