EducationBachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (like Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Nutrition or related fields).Postgraduate training with a commercial or business orientation—such as a Master’s degree or specialized coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or Product Management.Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, SEO / SEM, or Marketing Analytics are considered a strong plus (not compulsory)Professional ExperiencePharmaceuticalNutraceutical / Probiotics and PostbioticsMedical devices (secondary)Cosmetics or personal care (secondary)B2B and / or B2C environmentsLaunching or supporting scientific / health-related productsExperience managing campaigns, digital channels, and external agencies is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesAbility to translate scientific content into clear, compelling marketing materials for different audiences.Strong project-management skills; comfort handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 or C2 required)Personal TraitsIndependent, proactive, and self-driven , with strong ownership of projects.Curious and eager to learn—especially at the intersection of science and marketing.Comfortable in a hybrid work model : must be able to attend the Sant Cugat office at least once per week .#J-18808-Ljbffr
