What's your mission?
As Marketing Manager for Home & Personal Care in Europe & Africa (EA), your mission is to drive growth and strengthen our presence in key markets. You'll work closely with Sales and Development, providing strategic marketing support across Home and Personal Care categories, fully aligned with regional account plans.

You'll create impactful presentations, adapt proposals to client needs, and bring insights on brands, portfolios, and consumer trends. Leading regional marketing projects, you'll collaborate with Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D to deliver innovative solutions that elevate Eurofragance's value to clients.


Here's what you'll be rocking every day

  • Partner with the EA Sales Team to co-lead client initiatives and deliver tailored, cross-category presentations aligned with global strategies.
  • Brief the Fragrance Development Team with clear, insight-driven concepts to ensure client goals translate into winning fragrance creations.
  • Provide regional input to shape global marketing tools and calendars, ensuring EA priorities are represented.
  • Equip the Sales Team with compelling stories and training on new technologies and launches, in collaboration with R&D and Evaluation.
  • Track market trends, innovations, and consumer behavior across Home, Personal, and Air Care to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure seamless access and effective use of global marketing tools for client interactions.
  • Design and execute impactful marketing events, roadshows, and presentations aligned with regional priorities.
  • Actively participate in Sales Team meetings to ensure alignment and timely follow-up on initiatives.
  • Deliver targeted marketing tools and strategies that drive commercial success in the region.

What You Need To Shine In This Role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the field of Marketing and Business Management.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with a good track record in B2C in FMCG or B2B in a Fragrance House
  • Understanding of fragrance industry and Home & Personal Care categories.
  • Proficient in operating Canva and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new-technologies savvy.
  • Availability to travel, up to 40%.
  • Languages: English (proficient), Spanish and French.
