Liaise with students, staff, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Contribute to the development of communication strategies and student engagement campaigns. Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of events and services. Provide operational and administrative support to the Student Experience team. Help promote an inclusive, vibrant, and globally minded student community. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications2 years of experience in student affairs, event coordination, or customer experience. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Strong communication abilities in English (Spanish is an asset). Proactive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment. Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting. Experience with digital tools and event management platforms (e.g., Excel, Trello, CRM systems). Empathy and a genuine interest in student wellbeing and community engagement. Cultural awareness and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Capacity to take initiative and contribute new ideas to enhance student life.
