The Xior family is looking for a dynamic, versatile **Residence Manager, **who is eager to join a student residence project with 546 places on the Campus of the European University of **Madrid** in an educational environment and with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location.

As Residence Manager you are responsible for all aspects of running the residence and creating a community. You are the face of Xior for students, university partners, groups, suppliers, and all other parties we do business with. Nothing escapes you in the day-to-day operations, and you balance this dedication with the long-term planning and budgeting. You report directly to the Operations Manager Spain.

**Job description**:

- You will join a young, dynamic company with enthusiastic colleagues
- Managing day-to-day operations in the residence
- Responsible for sales and marketing of the residence, online and offline
- Managing the residence staff, suppliers and contractors
- Maintaining a best-in-class building, including all technical aspects
- Developing lasting relationships with universities and student organisations
- Invoicing and rent collection in a timely manner
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the Operations Manager Spain

**Vaardigheden**:

- You're customer friendly, social, positive and a real team player
- Strong and proven leadership skills; a self-starter that takes initiative and leads by example
- Minimum of 5 years working experience (of which 3 years relevant), experience in managing large teams
- Experience in a relevant sales management or building management role
- Passion for hospitality management
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional basic French or Italian is a plus)
- Proficiency with social media, Google Ads and online marketing
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- “Can-do” attitude and a cost-conscious mind-set
- Experience with preparing budgets, basic reporting, and long-term planning
