We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dedicated support team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.This role involves communicating with customers across various channels, providing accurate information, and maintaining a helpful and professional tone at all times. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to ongoing service improvements.Responsibilities Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic mannerDeliver high quality customer service to customers via emailProvide explanations to customers about products/sites/policiesKeep up-to-date with new information/policiesBuild a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely mannerUnderstand, guide, and support clientsCollaborate with other departments where necessaryRequirements Candidates must be native/fluent in German and English (understanding, reading and writing)S/he must enjoy learning and sharing their knowledge with othersCandidates should be genuinely interested in the online sector and eager to learn moreS/he should be take pride in giving support to customers with empathy and show engagement in delivering excellent serviceS/he must be an excellent listenerCandidates must be team players who can also work independentlyFrench and/or Spanish would be considered an assetJob Conditions Full-time (40 hours per week)Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)Office-basedCompetitive salary and benefitsA collaborative work environmentIf this role interests you, send an updated CV and your portfolio to to apply.We look forward to hearing from you.Sounds good to you?
