Continuous Improvement ManagerContinuous Improvement Manager – dedicated to optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth within JTI.What This Position Is About - PurposeA Continuous Improvement Manager focuses on optimizing organizational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive business growth.What Will You Do - ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Implement Initiatives: Align continuous improvement initiatives with the company's strategic goals.Analyze Processes: Understand and analyze processes in various departments to identify areas of waste or inefficiency.Develop Strategies: Create and execute improvement strategies, including change management activities.Lead Projects: Facilitate and lead cross-functional project teams.Conduct Training: Provide continuous improvement training and workshops for staff at all levels.Monitor Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.Use Methodologies: Apply tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen to drive process improvements.Report Progress: Maintain reports of continuous improvement activities and present progress to senior management.Foster a Culture of Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Who Are We Looking For - RequirementsEducational Background: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a similar role.Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Lean methodologies.Leadership: Ability to lead and manage projects and teams effectively.What Are The Next Steps - The Recruitment ProcessPlease feel free to apply.
