We're looking for aTravel Manager / Coordinatorwho's ready to take on the challenge of making travel for hundreds (sometimes thousands) of people run like clockwork. If you love organizing, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything goes smoothly — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Organize and manage business trips for managers and specialists (~60 trips per person per month). Book flights, hotels, transfers, and all related services to ensure smooth travel. Collaborate directly with airlines on group bookings, discounts, and corporate deals. Plan and execute large-scale projects, including: Management meetings Conferences (100–120 attendees) Major corporate events (e.g., flying 2,000 people to Dubai) Relocation programs (moving hundreds of employees to new locations) Coordinate with external travel agencies during peak periods. Ensure high standards of service quality so employees feel fully supported. Manage reimbursements and additional travel expenses. Support visa applications for employees across multiple consulates. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale international travel. Strong knowledge of visa processes for various passports. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A strong people and service-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience with corporate events and large group travel logistics. Strong communication and negotiation skills with airlines and vendors.
