We innovate continuously and challenge industry norms to make travel more accessible for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.As an Area Manager API Key Accounts , you will play a key role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, leading the team to achieve revenue targets.This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain. Job Responsibilities: Expand and strengthen our presence in the Iberia region; Lead the team to meet revenue goals; Monitor and analyze team KPIs; Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, primarily through API channels; Support the team in managing key accounts; Search for and recruit new business partners, while maintaining and negotiating with existing ones; Develop team members through hiring, training, and coaching; Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies; Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools. Requirements: At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in sales and account management, with deep knowledge of the travel market in the region, and a strong sales and business development background in the B2B travel industry; Extensive knowledge of the Spanish travel market, especially regarding API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, with proven negotiation skills for technology-driven sales; Technical proficiency in API technology deals; Strong leadership skills: ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively; Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese skills are a plus; Based in Spain; Willing to travel up to 30% of the time; Data-driven decision-making skills, innovative mindset, and experience using KPIs; Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable to change, and a team player; Global mindset with the ability to operate across diverse cultural contexts; Entrepreneurial attitude: self-driven, independent, and responsible.
