About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on and client-facing Sales Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support pre-sales conversations and lead technical implementations. As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the bridge between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring that technical capabilities are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and aligned with customer needs. Partner with Sales on Technical Deals: Support technically complex sales cycles, confidently presenting and defending our architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities with highly technical customer teams. Translate customer needs into concrete technical solutions covering APIs, data flows, authentication, and implementation plans. Lead Integrations End-to-End: Own customer integrations as short-lived technical projects, from scoping to delivery. Answer deep technical questions from customers around reliability, performance, failure scenarios, and system constraints. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product and Engineering to surface integration challenges and customer-driven improvements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. ~3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Integrations, or a similar engineering role with customer exposure. ~ Strong software engineering fundamentals, including the ability to write, read, and push production-quality code . ~ Experience working with RESTful APIs , data formats ( JSON, XML ), authentication mechanisms ( OAuth ), and system integrations . ~ Comfort discussing architecture, performance trade-offs, SLAs, and failure scenarios with technical audiences. ~ Experience managing integrations as projects , including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and technical scope. ~ This is an engineering role: Candidates will go through coding and architecture interviews and are expected to push code on the job.
