Barcelona Office, Spain. Balancing cutting-edge technology with competitive pricing, you’ll be the go-to person for creating concepts that not only meet but exceed expectations. As our new Sales Engineer for the PAX products, you will work in a fast evolving environment. In this role, you’re not alone—you’ll collaborate closely with our sales managers, tackling everything from the initial pitch to sealing the deal. Next to the sales manager you will work with the PAX expert team to get the latest intel on the product. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the technical and business complexities of each project, ensuring that our proposals stand out in the market. And once the project is secured, you’ll be the bridge to our execution team, making sure that what we promise is what we deliver. Work side-by-side with the sales manager and PAX team to craft and execute sales tactics that hit the mark. Address and resolve any commercial or tactical challenges directly with the sales manager, keeping the process smooth and on track. Oversee and coordinate all sales engineering deliverables from the very first bid to the final handover, ensuring everything is aligned and delivered on time. Stay true to the sales strategy by taking the initiative and driving actions that align with our overall goals. Juggle multiple projects across various sales phases without missing a beat, ensuring everything moves forward seamlessly. Lead an internal support team—including procurement, planning, concept design, and controls—to ensure everyone is working towards the same vision. Be part of the sales engineering team that work around the globe. Ensure that every procedural step is followed on time, adhering strictly to our sales process checklists, so nothing falls through the cracks. Create layout for projects and tenders in AutoCAD. It is an international team with Subject matter experts, Installation specialists, and project execution. You hold a Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering. You are fluent in English. In the challenging and responsible position of Sales Engineer, you will have the chance to make a significant contribution to industry-leading projects and be connected to our dedicated people and customers. This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.700,00 to 5.700,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
