JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and naturally curious profiles who want to learn and improve Veepee's Help Desk level. Your main mission will be to answer user requests and ensure follow-up until resolution. This position will be based in our office in L’Hospitalet with regular travel to our warehouse in Santa Oliva. TASKS Being the key point of contact for local users in offices and warehouses Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, phone, and video conferences Address issues both face-to-face and remotely Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware issues (Windows and Mac) Resolve and/or replace faulty hardware Process warranty replacements of hardware Support the deployment of new applications Respond to and close tickets within the approved SLA Work continuously on tasks until completion Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts as required Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and solutions Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards MUST HAVE SKILLS Graduation in an IT-related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar production, operation, and support environment Proficiency in Windows / MacOS Basic skills in Active Directory Experience with Office (all versions) / G Suite Experience with Jira Service Desk Familiarity with Android/iPhone Excellent communication and customer service skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS Networking knowledge Experience with hardware devices such as Zebra Android in warehouse environments BENEFITS Variable bonus Dynamic and creative environment within international teams Access to self-education courses on our e-learning platform Participation in meetups and conferences locally and internationally Video games, beer, and quiz parties with colleagues RECRUITMENT PROCESS 30-minute HR screening with a Veepeeᵀᶜʰ Recruiter ITW with Support Manager via video call ITW at the warehouse in Santa Oliva On-site team interview We believe it is up to you to define your work style, develop yourself, and progress.
