About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service. Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to deliver consistent excellence. Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates, and ensure SOP compliance. Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction. Control departmental budget, monitor performance, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment, familiar with LQA, Forbes, or FHR standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure. Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance, guest-focused mindset, and a calm, approachable demeanor dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
